Sabal Homaccord

Indications:
1st stage of prostatic adenoma (formerly known as hypertrophy of the prostate gland), cystalgia.

For relief of symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate including urinary inflammation, urinary urgency and pain and burning during urination.

Ingredients:

Oral drops:
Each 100 ml contains:

Sabal serrulata 1X
(prostatic hypertrophy; enuresis)
0.9 ml;

Hepar sulphuris calcareum 10X, 15X, 30X, 200X
(bladder difficulties of elderly men, slow urination)
0.7 ml each;

Sabal serrulata 10X, 30X
0.3 ml each.

Contains ethyl alcohol 25% by volume.

Oral vials:
Each 100 ml contains:

Hepar sulphuris calcareum 12X, 15X, 30X, 200X
0.7 ml each;

Sabal serrulata 2X, 10X, 30X
0.3 ml each

in an isotonic sodium chloride solution base.

Side effects:
None known.

Interactions with other medication:
None known.

Dosage:

Oral drops:
Adults and children above 11 years:
10 drops orally 3 times daily, or as directed by a physician.

Consult a physician for use in children under 12 years of age.

Oral vials:
Adults and children above 11 years:
In general, 1 vial 1-3 times daily.

Not indicated for children under 12 years.
Unused portion of open vials should be discarded.
Not for injection.

Dosage forms:

Oral drops: Dropper bottle containing 50 ml.
Oral vials: Pack containing 10 vials of 1.1 ml.

Constituents Indications

Sabal serrulatum (dwarf palm)
Prostatic adenoma, epidymitis, cystitis, urinary disorders, such as incontinence of urine and ischuria paradoxa

Hepar sulfuris (calcium sulphide)
Tendency towards suppuration, cystopyelitis, urinary disorders, ulceration of the prepuce

Based on the individual homeopathic constituents of Sabal-Homaccord, therapeutical possibilities result for the treatment of prostatic adenoma, prostatitis, conditions of irritation and inflammation in the urogenital tract, cystitis; auxiliary remedy in nephrolithiasis, hydronephrosis and cystopyelitis.

The dosage is adjusted according to the disease, the symptoms and the stage of the illness:

10 drops 3-4 times daily;

in urinary disorders,
initially shock therapy:

10 drops every 15 minutes,
possibly alternating with Reneel
(basic therapeutical agent in renal-urogenital diseases),

Spascupreel
(spasms, vesical tenesmus),

Berberis-Homaccord
(nephrolithiasis),

Traumeel
(infection of the urinary tract),

Populus compositum and Solidago compositum.

1 ampule daily in acute disorders,

otherwise

1 ampule 1-3 times weekly s.c., i.m., i.v.
