Ozono Totally Pure Commercial Water Purification System

The Ozono™ Industrial Division makes available custom ozone water purification systems that utilizes state of the art, patented ozone technology that is far superior and vastly more cost effective than existing technology. We make available on a custom basis ozone water purification systems ranging from mobile water purification platforms capable of producing up two 40 gallons per minute of Totally Pure water to installing large stationary systems capable of delivering Totally Pure water to satisfy the demands of large municipalities.


 

Our Mobil system can be delivered by specially designed vehicles or by helicopters.

Ozono™ is proud to introduce our MAD (Mobile Automated Decontamination) System that has been developed to address disaster relief situations that call for a portable water purification system that can be brought in by helicopter swing load, or can be pulled in where roads are still passable. The MAD System is built into a tailor or an optional fiberglass enclosure that can withstand wind speeds of over 110 MPH, snow loads of 100PSF, live floor loads of 300 PSF, seismic-Zone 4, exposure "D". The tailor unit has a helicopter sling hooks for easy handling. This MAD System has a fully automated computer controlled linkage that can be turned on, monitored and shut down remotely by cell phone lap top connection. The unit has a diesel power generator and can be fitted with a standby inverter system with battery backup. Whatever the requirements are, our MAD System can fit the bill! We have designed a system that can be hooked up in a few minutes to a water source such as a river, lake, pond, etc. Water is pumped into the unit, pre-filtered and then bombarded with ozone. The entire process is completely monitored by state of the art monitoring system. At the outflow will come Totally Pure water that can go into a bladder tank or be distributed for immediate use by victims of a disaster. The best thing about our MAD System is that it comes fully turnkey ready for the job at hand. Disaster relief workers don't have to find generators, pumps, hoses, or monitoring systems. We have the solution! Our units include outside lighting and have enough room inside for water testing and a computer work station. Easy maintenance has been built into every system and simplicity is always the first criteria. Because of the simplicity of the MAD System a minimum amount of personnel and training are needed.

The Ozono™ Sanitization Division has the technology to decontaminate small areas such as bathrooms, counter tops and offices all the way up to large cruse ships. Ozone is one of the most powerful, oxidizing substances and is an extremely efficient fungicide, bactericide and viriside, killing bacteria, viruses, molds, fungus, cysts and spores on contact.
